Terms for the RMsim service

The Seller supplies digital services and eSIM packages that provide access to mobile data through third-party operators and technology providers. The Seller is not a mobile network operator and provides access to partner operators’ data packages.
Placing and paying for an order constitutes acceptance of this offer to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you disagree, do not place an order.
Before payment, the Customer must check:
Coverage, available technology (including 3G/4G/5G where applicable), speed and signal quality depend on the local operator, location, network load, device capabilities and other network conditions outside the Seller’s direct control.
Limitations caused solely by a third-party operator’s coverage or the Customer’s device or settings do not by themselves constitute a defect in the Seller’s service. This does not generally waive the Seller’s liability or restrict consumer rights.
Payment confirmation → order processing → eSIM profile issuance by the provider → delivery of the QR code and installation instructions.
Processing is usually quick, but instant profile delivery is not guaranteed in every case; reasonable technical processing time may be required. Order status appears in the app and is available from support.
Some eSIM profiles have installation and device-compatibility restrictions. Do not delete an installed eSIM profile unless support instructs you to do so, as reinstallation is not always technically possible.

Cancellation and refund conditions are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of this offer.
Nothing in this offer limits or excludes consumer rights that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Mandatory legal provisions prevail in case of conflict.
