Who processes data

Data we process

• order data: destination, selected package, order name, reference and status;
• technical information required to issue an eSIM profile through the provider;
• support correspondence, including information you send us;
• information required by the payment provider to process payment (card details are handled by the payment provider, not us);
• if you create an account: your email address and service information related to one-time-code sign-in.

Optional account

An account is optional: browsing and purchasing remain available without registration. If you sign in, we use a one-time code sent to your email and do not use passwords. My eSIMs shows only orders owned by your verified account; ownership is established on the server. A previous guest order can only be linked using the private order link issued at checkout.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app (My eSIMs → Account → Delete account) or by emailing support@shahruapp.com. Deletion removes the account, email address and account links to past orders, plus contact email and eSIM names stored with those orders. Transaction details (destination, package, amount, status and dates) remain in anonymized form for the seller’s accounting and tax records and with the payment provider under its obligations. Technical abuse-prevention counters contain no personal data and are deleted automatically.

Why we process data

• to place, issue and support the ordered eSIM service;
• to handle support requests, refunds and technical issues;
• to comply with applicable law.

Who receives data

Only where required to provide the service: the eSIM profile supplier, partner mobile operators and the payment provider. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

Storage and security

Order data is retained as long as necessary to provide the service, support customers and comply with legal requirements. Access to internal data is restricted to the server side of the service.

Analytics and trackers

The service does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics SDKs.
